A Historic Ceremony Marked by Excellence, Leadership, and Humanitarian Commitment
The Universal Institute of Professional Management (UIPM WORLD) had the distinguished honour of conferring upon Dr Edouard Cangah Mockey the prestigious degree of Doctor Honoris Causa, in recognition of his exceptional career, his unwavering humanitarian commitment, and his outstanding contribution to the advancement of leadership across the African continent.
This solemn ceremony, presided over by H.E. Abraham AKE, President for Africa of UIPM WORLD, brought together numerous eminent personalities from the political, institutional, economic, and traditional spheres—a testament to the significance of the occasion and the high esteem in which the recipient is held.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Robert Beugré MAMBE, Prime Minister, who graciously agreed to serve as Patron of this ceremony, and to Mr. Jean Louis MOULOT, Minister and Mayor of Grand-Bassam, for his kind sponsorship. Their presence lent exceptional distinction to this honour.
